If you wear corrective lenses, I recommend buying them online. For contact lenses you need an eye exam but do not purchase them at the store if insurance doesn't cover it. Online sites constantly have deals that will save you a lot. Average price for a year supply (8 boxes) of Acuvue Oasis is $145 plus you get a rebate of $50 for new customers and $25 for old customers. Retail stores will probably charge you well over $200. As for glasses go to online stores like smartbuyglasses.com. All you need is your prescription and PV value (the distance between the centers of your pupils) for lenses. The frame you can probably try on at the retail store and find out the temple length (piece that goes from lens to back of ears), and frame width. The 3 numbers on your glasses indicate lense width, bridge width, and temple width (lense width*2+bridge width = width of your glasses). Find a size that matches your face and fits nicely at a store and note the numbers. Once you have all this information, you are ready to order online. The exact model frame (usually name brands only) and lenses will cost you a fraction of what you would pay at retail store even with insurance discounts! I bought a pair of Ray Ban eyeglasses at Pearle Vision with Hi Index (1.67) lenses and Anti-Reflective which cost me $338 with insurance discounts. Without them it would have cost over $500. Frames were $130 (made in China) and lenses were $208. I saw the same exact frames on smartbuyglasses.com (made in Italy) for $100 plus same lenses for $100. Some insurance companies will even reimburse you $100 for this (depending on which program you are in). Mine did, but I found out too late. Oh and most online retailers allow free returns and exchanges plus fully refund you the order if not satisfied. Pearle Vision only allows you exchanges.

nissan breakdown
I went to Frank's steaks today for lunch and it cost $70 for two skirt steak sandwiches and a calamari appetizer. I need to limit down my food consumption.
